Why a broad blend

A typical meal is a mix.

Most meals put protein, starch, fats and fibre on the same plate: rice with chicken and vegetables, bread with cheese and olive oil, lentils with grains. So the blend covers all four food groups, with at least one enzyme for each.

Protease, bromelain and papain help break down protein from meat, fish, eggs, dairy and legumes.
