The routine is the same every day.

  1. Take one capsule with each meal

    Take 1 capsule with breakfast, 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner.

  2. No more than 3 a day

    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 3 capsules.

  3. Skipped a meal? Skip that capsule

    The capsules go with meals. If you skip a meal, skip that capsule too.

  4. Store it safely

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
